Welcome to Emma's Page
Each day, 43 children are diagnosed with cancer.
Only 4 drugs are approved for cancer treatment use on children.
1 in every 8 children with cancer will not survive.
As a 16 year-old Junior and year-round Swimmer from Bowdon, Georgia this will be my 8th year 'Making Waves Against Cancer', doing my part to raise awareness as to the importance of funding research to find a cure!
I have chosen to swim the 1 Mile in the 'Atlanta Open Water Swim' at Lake Lanier on Saturday, September 21st and am looking to raise as many donations as I can to help fund this important fight against cancer.
Please help support my efforts by sponsoring my swim and making your tax deductible contribution, today!
ALL the money that you give will go towards funding cancer research, prevention and treatment at the AFLAC Cancer & Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
There are two (2) ways you can contribute:
1) Make a donation by credit card (see DONATE NOW button, above)
or
2) Mail a check to:
Swim Across America

Thank you SO MUCH for generously supporting my efforts to make waves against cancer!
