Not many of us stop in our everyday lives and remember just how many individuals are effected with cancer at least I didn't. In my lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. We need to change that statistic and together with the Swim Across America community, we can.  

My name is Alexandra Ramsey. This is only my third year participating in Swim Across America, and I am honored to be able to participate again in this amazing program that gives hope to thousand of individuals suffering from cancer each year.
