My name is Keren, and I’m 16 years old. I joined Swim Across America because I love swimming and when I was younger I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a lot of treatments. Since then, I have fought cancer twice now and I have watched many other kids fight for their lives. I have lived through it and seen it, I know without this organization and those like it that I could have died. I swim for my friends who are not here with me anymore. Since I survived, I want to give back so others can too. If you are able, please support me by making a donation to help me reach my fundraising goal. What is SAA? Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies.
