Swimming in honor of Mama Rocks!
GO TEAM ROCK ON!
Thank you to everyone to donated and supported SAA last year as I swam 1 mile in memory of Cristy Rocks. Mama Rocks was diagnosed with cancer and after two years, her fight ended on May 12th, 2016. She fought valiantly with the help of her husband, children, and family, and with her incredible team of Doctors, Nurses and health professionals at the Sidney Kimmell Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Please join me in celebrating her life by helping us find a cure for Cancer, and supporting John's Hopkins in their quest to help people like Cristy who stand up and say NO to cancer.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. I am challenging myself by swimming in the Baltimore Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as I can. Please support me by sponsoring my swim and making a gift. The money you give will go towards cancer research, prevention and treatment and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure. Thank you for your generosity and may it lead to a cancer-free world!
