In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. I am challenging myself by swimming in the Baltimore Open Water Swim and raising as much money to fight cancer as I can. Please support me by sponsoring my swim and making a gift. The money you give will go towards cancer research, prevention and treatment and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure. This year, I am swimming on the Millie's Mermaids and Marlin's team, and also to honor the  memorable lives of Ellen Briggs, Bo Moore, Julie Smith,  and Bruce Cleland. Their fight against cancer was an inspiration to all who knew them. I am swimming not only for them, but for all the men and women who have been diagnosed with cancer and are fighting it on a daily basis, like my friends Aliese Webb, and my mother in law Kingsley Moore. Thank you so much for your contribution in finding a cure for cancer. Now, Let's Make Waves and go get wet!!!!!
