Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.

In October 2022, my incredible wife Shannon received a breast cancer diagnosis. Thanks to her proactive approach to health and self advocacy, a 3D mammogram identified the cancer earlier than a regular mammogram would have. Following her diagnosis and genetic screening, she underwent a double mastectomy and partial hysterectomy. Shannon has faced this journey with remarkable grace and determination. She has also inspired many in our circle of family and friends to get screened, leading to early diagnoses and better outcomes. We are raising funds in her honor to support breast cancer research and provide resources for early detection. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of many.
