Dear Friends and Family, 

I've been a proud participant in the SAA Boston for over 30 years. Each year I recruit swimmers, volunteers, friends and family to help raise funds to support cancer research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Hospital for Children Cancer Center.

Fortunately, we have an awesome options:

Join us for our annual charity swim on August 10th at Castle Island at Pleasure Bay! There are three distances to choose from: kids splash, ½ mile, 1 mile or 2 mile swim.

If you prefer the virtual option, you can choose your own activity on your own timeline through our new SAA My Way program and still support cancer research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Hospital for Children Cancer Center.

The SAA Boston events are some of my favorite activities each year. Here's why I participate: - The people are inspiring! From the patients undergoing cancer treatments, to the incredible doctors and nurses who work tirelessly for a cure, to my fellow athletes (both young and old) who find friendship and fulfillment through the sport of swimming, I always look forward to these annual gatherings. - Even though we're small fish in a big pond, WE ALL CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.
