I participate in Swim Across America  because the cause has both local an global impact. I am an event director and participant. My mission is  to support the doctors and researchers locally at the Levine Cancer Institute and Children’s Hospital as well as donor all of my friends that have been touched by this relentless disease.  The bio-scientists and doctors  are in constant pursuit to find a cure and better treatments for cancer. Crack the code in one cancer and clues to the rest will come. I swim and fundraise for those I love that have battled cancer and won, those that have battled cancer and lost, and friends in the midst of battle.

Year eight. Hope has no finish line. I am participating in Swim Across America Charlotte this year on two fronts. I am a part of MSA Team Out of My Box and I have stepped into the event director role. My passion for this event runs deep. Swim Across America Charlotte  is the best way for me to support the doctors and scientists that are working tirelessly to find a cure. Through raising funds through this event, cutting edge research is supported at the Levine Cancer Institute and Childrens Hospital. This research directly impacts those battling cancer in our community and beyond. I am asking for your support…….again…..because hope has no finish line.
