Friends and Colleagues,

This will be my eight year swimming with SAA-Charlotte (Oct. 6, 2024). I’ve lost many family members and friends to cancer, and participating in Swim Across America is my way to honor their memory and help others. All donations to SAA—Charlotte are granted to fund cancer research and patient programs at Levine Cancer Institute/Wake Forest.

I’m inspired every year hearing stories from cancer survivors who are appreciative to the cancer research grants awarded by Swim Across America.

In eight years, Team Paddock has helped raise over $200,000 that has funded hematology, pediatric sarcoma and a study to better understand why firefighters are experiencing greater cancer diagnosis rates.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 this year. I will personally match any donations you make up to $20,000.
