I've joined Swim Across America to help stop cancer
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.
Cancer has had a significant impact on our family. In 2010, I lost my dear father-in-law to pancreatic cancer. He was an incredible person, and we had hoped for many more years of shared experiences with him. Then, in 2016, my wife, the heart of our family, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully, with exceptional care and resources, she is now celebrating eight years of being cancer-free. We are also grateful to have friends like Martin and Gabie Kramer in our lives, thanks to life-saving cancer treatment. We honor the memories of Don Morris and Bernie Kelly, whose lives were tragically shortened by this disease.
If you are able, please support me by making a gift. The researchers we are funding are in our community and are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to breakthroughs that can save lives. Thank you for helping make an impact in the fight to find a cure!
