Cancer impacts so many of our lives. It has impacted my family way too much in recent years. Most recently with loss of my brother Matt.

On August 3 I will be participating in Swim Across America - Chicago. I am pulling together a team in honor of Matt who lost his fight with pancreatic cancer in October 2021. Matt had a huge impact on so many lives across his many diverse passions. I didn’t truly realize how significant this impact was until I got to know more of the communities Matt immersed himself in within Chicago. I hope in some small way to carry on part of Matt’s legacy by supporting the fight against cancer directly in Chicago and beyond.

In honor of Matt, please consider joining me on Team Rieger in Chicago as either a swimmer, volunteer or just to cheer everyone on.
