I am so excited to be participating for the 5th time in Swim Across America! I am so fortunate that I can use something I love to do and use it for good! Last year I swam for Eleanors friend Matthew who got diagnosed in 2020 wigh T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This past February he has completed his treatment at Childrens Hospital Colorado! Hearing stories from kids like Matthew and seeing how new research can really impact them makes this even more meaningful to me and know I am making waves to fight cancer right here in Colorado!

Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.
