WE'RE BACK!!! And here's why: 6 years ago, just a few days after the 2018 Swim Across America event, Nicole had a stem cell transplant that cured her ALL leukemia. Part of the success of that transplant: the cutting-edge immunotherapy treatment that had just been given FDA clearance. Today -- 2.5 years of chemo, a relapse, a stem cell transplant, and a stage 1 melanoma later, Nicole is gloriously, joyously, extraordinarily healthy (and can your believe: she's also marrying her high school sweetheart, who has been through this entire journey with Nicole!)
