I am swimming in honor and memory of my wife, Shan Brock, who courageously fought colon cancer for nine years.

It is a fact that in our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. 

I therefore joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. I am swimming in the Fairfield County Open Water Swim to raise money to fight cancer.
