This Saturday, July 27th I am doing a 2 km swim in Long Island sound as part of Swim Across America.

Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. 

I am dedicating my swim to two important people in my life, my mother Irina Bobyleva, and my mother in law, Julia Montgomery. Both of them passed away from cancer.
