I am swimming in the Swim Across America Long Island Sound Swim. This is the swim my mom has been doing for over 20 years and I am happy to be carrying the torch for my 4th year in a row now. This year, I am again swimming in honor of my Grandfather, "Papa", who was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. 

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.
