Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised $100m+ to fund next gen pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.

I joined Swim Across America because Ed Carroll [Liz's husband] asked me to join him in this year's 2k swim in the LI Sound off Larchmont, and he apparently doesn't have too many friends who like long-distance swimming in water that's mid-60s best case... Please kick in a contribution to help me reach my fundraising goal so that I do not look like a slouch with no supporters.
