Didi Ryan- Whether it was skiing down a mountain, working at U.S. Trust or just getting together with friends, Didi Ryan did everything with incredible enthusiasm. Her energy and charisma always made people smile, but it was her selflessness and deep concern for others that made her a special person and friend. Didi Ryan grew up in Rye, NY and graduated from the Convent of the Sacred Heart. After completing her studies at Georgetown University, Didi began a successful career at U. S. Trust. Didi lost her year long battle with cancer in November, 1997, at the age of 36. Her friends and family still miss Didi dearly. We know that she would be proud of our efforts to keep her energetic spirit alive through Swim Across America. 

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. We joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. We are challenging ourselves by swimming in the x and raising as much money to fight cancer as we can. Please support us by sponsoring our swim and making a gift.
