Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.

This past April marked the 27th Anniversary of our father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend Jed's surrender to cancer.  Team Jed has been participating in Swim Across America ever since.  It seems like only yesterday that Jed lost his courageous battle with cancer.   Every stroke and breath I take in the water brings his larger-than-life presence back to me. He is the Northstar.
