I joined Swim Across America as I wanted to combine my passion for Open Water Swimming with an organization whose goal is to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies.

My goal is to raise $4000 by July of this year, where I will be participating in a 4-mile swim on Nantucket.

Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims that has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.
