Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care. 

I will be swimming this SAA Pool Swim this year in honor of my beautiful mom. This past summer, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been through several treatments since then. I will be swimming for her and all of the hard work she's done in fighting this horrible disease. I believe in SAA's mission and want to help give more families hope.
