Swim Across America raises money for Cancer research & treatment. Since I am not a very good swimmer, for the past 5 years I have been a volunteer for the Swim. Due to COVID-19, this year's event is not an organized swim. Instead, participants can choose their own personal challenge. So this year. I will be participating in a personal challenge of a combination of multiple bike rides‍ and runs‍ of a total of 236 miles, which is the length of Long Island and back. If you or a loved one have been affected by cancer please consider donating to my personal challenge to help me raise money for this fundraiser.
I am asking you to please make a secure online donation to my personal challenge, of which, 100% of your donation will go directly to Cancer Research and Treatment Priorities in the quest to find a Cure to Cancer.

The Sound to the Cove annual Swim Across America event has raised over $10M since its inception in 2001 (celebrating it's 20th year) and Swim Across America collectively has raised over $85M to fund cancer research and clinical trials at world-renowned hospitals Memorial Sloan-Kettering, Johns Hopkins, Moffitt Cancer Center, Chicago Rush, Children's Hospital of Atlanta, Mass General Hospital for Children, Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy, UC San Francisco Children's Hospital, UC Children's Hospital Oakland and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance...to name a few.
