In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. My mom was one of those people, so I joined Swim Across America to swim in honor of her, and in memory of Thomas Brophy, and Joseph Terranova. I am passionate about supporting funded research and the efforts to prevent, treat, and cure cancer worldwide. 

For years I attended the Sound to Cove as a spectator, supporting my mom. I am so happy to be on year 4 of swimming along with her. 

If you are able, please support me by making a gift. The researchers we are funding are in our community and are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to breakthroughs that can save lives.
