Hello and welcome! I heard about this fundraising event, Swim Across America, through my colleagues in my summer internship. I wanted to do my part and contribute to a greater cause - raising money for cancer research. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the open water swim in Long Island. To still participate, I am committing to swimming a total of 21 miles - the distance of the English Channel in individual pool swims. I must complete this amount by early-mid August.
