Hello all-

I am once again joining current and former Providence College swimmers along with my old coach John O'Neil, in raising funds to battle cancer. Everyone has been touched by this disease in one way or another. In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.

I will again be swimming 1-mile in Narragansett Bay to honor the life and memory of my in-laws Guido & Elaine Ficco, who both fought courageous battles against leukemia/lymphoma & pancreatic cancer respectively.
