Welcome to My Personal Page
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer.
I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.

The reasons this year I am swimming are more than endless, and I could go on and on about it, but I am going to make this short and sweet, the way my mother would like it (although I am sure I will get some grammar corrections from her and this is probably not short, love you mom )
First off I am swimming to raise awareness for all my loved ones I have lost to this awful disease, my Grandfather (Joseph), Nana (Gloria), and my aunt and uncle Brett and Ellen as well as my childhood neighbor Kathleen to cancer. Also for my patients and families I treat daily struggling with this awful diagnosis.
Unfortunately, This year hits especially close to my heart and it is hard to find the words to say this. I am swimming for my mother, my best friend, Jean Sutton.
This has been far from an easy battle for my family to take on. For anyone who knows her she is one of the most kind, giving people you will ever meet. She is fighting hard for her family and staying strong .
All profits go directly to Women and Infants hospital in RI. If you are able to donate please do! If not please share my story as we need all the funding we can get!
Let’s all come together , and strive for early screenings for all, more counseling and support for family members and patients, and more support for health care workers !
Thank you to all the health care providers who continue to provide compassionate loving care to patients and families in need
I am #optimistic I can reach my goal
Thanks everyone for your support !
