Welcome to My Personal Page
It has been a busy Summer, and we're not done yet! We had a group of KeckCrewSF successfully complete the Olympic Club Trans Tahoe Relay on July 13.On July 23, a group of KeckCrewSF successfully swam the length of Loch Lomond, Scotland. They covered 25 miles in 12 hours, 51 minutes and were the first American team to complete the swim. This was the same group that swam the English Channel in 2022. They did such a good job of sharing that experience, that a second group of KeckCrewSF, ages 13 to 15 swam the English Channel August 5 to 6. This was an overnight swim, starting at 8:10 PM and finishing at 10:21 AM.
All three teams are raising money for #swimacrossamerica They trained in the San Francisco Bay all year for these events, right through the coldest months of winter, without missing a beat.
Here is the link if you want to support their efforts: https://www.swimacrossamerica.org/site/TR/OpenWater/SanFrancisco?team_id=37018&pg=team&fr_id=7127
For some of these kids, this will be their 7th year. The future belongs to our children, and with kids like this, it is in great hands.
In 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.
I joined Swim Across America because I believe in their mission and want to help give more families hope. If you are able, please support me by making a donation to help me reach my fundraising goal.
Thank you for helping me #MakeWavesToFightCancer.
