Hi ! I am doing this 1.5 mile “Swim Across America” swim in the SF Bay to support my friend, as she faces treatment for breast cancer. I'm also dedicating it to my Mother, Claire, who passed away in 2012 from Pancreatic cancer and to my two sisters who have survived cancer, plus a dear friend who is now courageously facing treatment for lung cancer.

Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care. 

Please support me in my goal to raise funds for UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospital for their cancer research & provide hope & new treatments to all on their journey in fighting cancer.
