Join "Team Lily: Waves of Remembrance and Hope" for an Open Water Swimming Event!

On the occasion of Lily Pham's fourth-year anniversary, we invite you to be a part of a special event that honors her memory and celebrates her vibrant spirit. Lily was a beacon of positivity, strength, and compassion, and we're coming together to commemorate her life in a truly meaningful way.

Lily had an unwavering love for the water, and what better way to remember her than by diving into the waves she cherished so much. We're taking part in Swim Across America's open water swimming event that not only pays tribute to Lily's memory but also raises funds for a cause close to her heart.

Fundraising for cancer treatment and research UCSF

Lily was deeply passionate about making a positive impact in our community. In her honor, we're dedicating this event to raising funds for UCSF, where she got treated by wonderful doctors and nurses.  The funds raised will go towards research and funding for cancer treatment 

How You Can Participate

About Lily

Lily Pham was a remarkable teenager, whose presence lit up any room she entered. With a heart full of compassion and a brilliant mind, she was a shining example of excellence. 

Lily represented hope for the future, a true embodiment of what we wish for this generation of young adults - intelligence, compassion, curiosity, and dedication. Her kindness and empathy resonated deeply with those around her, making her a natural source of comfort and support. She effortlessly uplifted others, offering a listening ear and a helping hand whenever needed. She continued her quest to help others even when she was in the darkest days of her cancer and corresponding treatments.

There was another side to Lily - the silly one. Oh, to hear her soft, girlish giggle again… She had a wry sense of humor and a way of diffusing situations with comments that defied her chronological age. She was wise beyond her years - almost as if she knew her time on this planet was limited.

In a world that often seems to move at a frantic pace, let us remember Lily. Her legacy is a reminder that compassion combined with intelligence can change the world.
