Let's go jump in the lake!
Hi Friends and family,
Join us as we swim our 7th year for Swim Across America. Whether you donate, swim or cheer us on from the sidelines, you are making a difference.
So why do I swim?
I swim because I am a fighter and staying active is a tangible way to fight for my future. It's been 8 years since my cancer diagnosis and I'm encouraged by the progress being made in finding new therapies and cures to beat it. Your Swim Across America donation stays local and provides access to young, talented doctors and researchers that I believe are making a difference.
I swim because my faith is greater than my fear. 2 Chronicles 20:17
I swim because I am surrounded by love…my hubby, my kids, their awesome spouses and five crazy fun grandkids, and fabulous friends that swim alongside me through the waves of life.
I swim because jumping into the lake with others whose stories of strength and courage are inspiring is an awesome experience. (Join my team and jump with me)!
I swim because I can do the math…I’m beating the odds…and it feels very good.
The swim is easy. The fight is hard! Together we can make a difference.
Thank you for your love and support!
Let’s go jump in the lake!
Love, Kathy
