Founded in 1987, Swim Across America has hosted charity swims with one goal: to raise money for innovative cancer research that would lead to breakthrough treatments and therapies. Since then, Swim Across America has raised over $100M to fund the next generation of pioneers in oncology and cancer-support care.

The North Sound Swimmers Facebook group numbers about 1400 people.  Our Team pulls from these folks who have a love of swimming, dunking, and exploring the waters in our own backyards, up and down the North Puget Sound.  Each one of us has our own experiences with Cancer.  Please visit our individual SAA pages to hear our stories.
