Many of my family members have suffered from cancer, so when I race, I race for them. Most notably, my grandma Karen Forbes. She loved her family above all else. I loved playing Ticket to Ride and Quiddler with her.  I will be racing August 24th for Cancer research in honor of all loved ones lost. Anything is much appreciated.

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Swim Across America community so that, together, we can change that.
