I am swimming with Swim Across America and ask for your support. An estimated 40% of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetime.  My mom was one of them!  We are fascinated and impressed with the science that helps fight cancer   And Swim Across America helps to fund valuable cancer research whose funding has dwindled.

This benefit swim is so important because it raises dollars that are invested into early stage cancer research and clinical trials. The researchers we are funding are in our community and are the next generation of cancer pioneers. Without Swim Across America early stage funding, they are not able to conduct trials that can lead to breakthroughs that can save lives.
