It's been two years since we lost Melissa to Leiomyosarcoma, a rare and understudied form of cancer.  The teammates of Team Callaghan are swimming so that others do not have to go through what Melissa and our family had to endure. All monies raised by this event are going to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center which was so supportive to us and extended Melissa's life far beyond the estimation she was given when first diagnosed.

The money you give will go towards cancer research, prevention and treatment and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure.  Thank you for your generosity and may it lead to a cancer-free world!
