Carrie's Swim to Fight Cancer
Dear Friends,
For the last 14 years I've participated in Swim Across America by swimming a mile to raise money to fund cancer research, prevention and treatment.
Two years ago, cancer struck even closer to home. With every lap I swim, I will be honoring my dad Jack Dillon, who passed away from bladder cancer.
I'll be swimming on July 21, as the Captain of Team Immortal Fitness at my hometown pool -- Chappaqua Swim Club. I am very proud that our Swim Across America events over the last decade have raised over $500K.
In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. Please consider supporting me by sponsoring my swim and making a gift. Every little bit really helps! Your contribution will make a big impact in the fight to find a cure.
You can make a credit card donation here, or send a check directly to the swimmer you are supporting, or to Swim Across America, P.O. Box 217, Larchmont, NY 10538.
Thank you so much for your generosity!
Regards,
Carrie
